 Construction of a building for the orphans in the land that is owned by Great Commission Ministries
The orphanage is at present comprised of 71 Orphans. We are praying to enrol 100 children and provide them food, shelter and education. Home is in a rented premise, and the board of GCM had decided to construct buildings for the orphans. GCM had bought a 6-acre land nearby the city of Hyderabad and wanted to have these buildings in the premises. We are praying for sponsors. The plan is attached with this estimation. The present needs in the hostel for 30 students are also attached with this project. For Per Child in orphanage we need $30 per month. Sewing Centres
GCM was able to establish sewing centres in some parts of AP. We have 4 centres training about 30 ladies who are underprivileged and economically backward. We need more sewing machines and support the teachers training them. This project had yielded some souls into the Lord. 15 ladies accepted the Lord and we hope that the Lord would give us opportunity to win more souls for Him. One-year budget is $4,646-81. Adult Education Centres
India is one of the most illiterate nations in the world. GCM having this in mind started educating not only children through schools but also adult by evening classes. GCM has 4 adult education centres presently, which are giving importance to the people who are not at all having any knowledge in reading or writing. This project will bring change in the way the adults think and live. They will not be cheated and most of them will come out of superstitious living. Bible School To train more workers to take up the Church Planting.
